Sutton Yantis Associates Architects offers a comprehensive program to train graduates from accredited schools of architecture into becoming registered architects. We maintain a structured work environment where the lines of communication between Project Architects and Intern Architects are clearly visible Our office facility is arranged in distinct Design Studios, each headed by a Studio Leader, one of the firm’s Project Architects. The firm’s approach to architectural practice stresses team management that includes Principals, Associates, Project Architects, Project Managers, and Interns.
The environment at the firm encourages continuing education for the staff. We hold weekly staff meetings to discuss project scheduling and monthly meetings of the Project Architects to develop consistent office procedure for presentation and construction documents. Finally, on “Third Friday”, we hold an office wide meeting every month that includes visits to construction sites, slide shows of relevant projects, and general discussion on aspects of the firm.
